Order changes
Write before production begins.
If an address, size, or order detail is wrong, email info@campagnebrand.com immediately with the order reference. Once fulfillment marks the order In Process, it cannot be edited, changed, or canceled.
Campagne / delivery
Production first. Transit follows.
Every current garment is fulfilled to order. The delivery estimate combines production time with carrier time and is confirmed before payment.

Order confirmed
Size, address, payment, and current garment availability are checked.

Production
Allow an estimated 2–5 business days for printing, checking, and packing.

U.S. standard transit
Allow an estimated 3–4 business days after fulfillment. The live checkout estimate controls for your order.
Returns
Made to order changes the return lane.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, color preference, or incorrectly selected size. Review the size guide and product details before payment. Hoodies run small: choose one size up for a closer standard fit or two for a roomier relaxed fit.
Replacements
A product issue remains our responsibility.
Report a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. Include the order reference and clear photos. Once confirmed, Campagne will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
