Privacy Policy
Effective July 20, 2026
A clear account of the limited information we use to run the store, fulfill orders, understand product interest, and send product updates when you ask us to.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Campagne (“Campagne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through www.campagnebrand.com (the “Site”), our checkout, and our product-update emails. It does not replace the privacy notices of third parties such as Stripe or Printful when you use their services.
2. Information we collect
We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to operate the Site and a purchase.
- Product updates. If you choose to join the product-updates list, we collect your email address and maintain a record of your subscription and unsubscribe choice. We use it to send release notices and occasional Campagne news. Purchase email is not marketing consent.
- Orders and delivery. When you request a delivery quote or place an order, we process your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, selected items, shipping choice, order status, and limited payment and fulfillment reference information. We use this information to calculate delivery, process payment, fulfill the order, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep required business records.
- Payment information. Payment is collected through Stripe Checkout. Campagne does not store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or bank-account credentials on the Site.
- Technical information. Our hosting, payment, and fulfillment providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security signals, to deliver and protect their services.
- Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site use and a small set of store-funnel events, such as adding a product to the bag, requesting shipping, beginning checkout, completing an order, or joining product updates. We do not include names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment information, order references, or checkout-session identifiers in custom analytics events.
- Pinterest measurement. We use the Pinterest Tag to measure visits and product actions connected with Pinterest. The tag may process page URLs, product and variant identifiers, prices, currency, quantities, a pseudonymous purchase reference, cookie or device identifiers, IP address, and browser information. We do not send Pinterest names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment-card information, or Stripe checkout-session identifiers through our event payloads.
Please do not send sensitive personal information to us, including government identifiers, health information, or payment-card details by email.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure the Site; provide prices, checkout, payment, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and support; understand visits and product actions connected with Pinterest; send product updates only when you have subscribed; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and protect our rights and customers.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose only what is needed for the purposes above:
- Stripe processes checkout and payment.
- Printful receives the information needed to quote shipping and produce and deliver an order.
- Vercel provides hosting and privacy-conscious site analytics. Neon provides database infrastructure for the Site and its limited commerce records.
- Pinterest processes the site and commerce-event information described above to provide attribution, measurement, catalog, and related business services under its Privacy Policy.
- Email-service providers process product-update subscriptions and delivery when that service is active.
- We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our rights or protect people and property, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
Our providers may process information outside your state or country, subject to their own safeguards and legal obligations.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Pinterest Tag is a measurement pixel that may use cookies or similar device identifiers to connect Site activity with Pinterest. We configure the Site not to load the Pinterest Tag when a browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal. Vercel Web Analytics is used only to understand aggregate site performance and the limited store-funnel events described above; it is not used to follow you across unrelated websites. Stripe and other providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you use their services; their notices govern that processing.
6. Retention
We keep product-update email addresses until you unsubscribe, subject to keeping a minimal suppression record so we honor your choice. We keep order and fulfillment information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill and support the order, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. These include encrypted connections for the Site and checkout, server-side storage of service credentials, limited access to commerce records, and authenticated payment and fulfillment integrations. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will notify affected people using the method and timing the law requires.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from product-update email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and will not sell or transfer an opted-out email address except to a provider helping us honor that request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to appeal a privacy-rights decision. To make a request, email info@campagnebrand.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right available under applicable law.
California residents may also request information about certain disclosures for third parties’ direct-marketing purposes. Campagne does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes without consent.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
